Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Proposed Urban Market Property has been occupied by various industrial, manufacturing, and warehousing operations since prior to 1888 (the date of the earliest historical records reviewed during the Phase I ESA). Historical uses included furniture manufacturing operations and an associated foundry, multiple railroad spurs on the western and central portions of the Proposed Urban Market Property, a truck wheel factory on the southwest portion of the Proposed Urban Market Property, and other industrial and warehousing related operations.
