Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is currently vacant and unused. A bulk fuel storage facility, formerly operated by 3-D Oil Company, is located on the subject property. The 3-D Oil Company site was a registered storage tank (RST) facility (ID 8517537) with the FDEP. The property appears to have been developed with this facility as far back as 1943 per a photograph from the University of Florida Publication of Archival, Library, and Museum Materials.

Former Use: The subject property consists of an approximately 0.6-acre tract of land located at 1744 South Segrave Street. An Office Building is located on the northwestern portion of the site and four 15,000-gallon aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) and one 5,000-gallon AST are located within a containment unit on the central portion of the property. A chain-link fence with a pad-locked gate surrounds the facility. Adjoining properties include Mastertile, a ceramic tile distributor, to the north/northwest; a single-family residence beyond South Segrave Street to the northeast; a vacant lot beyond South Segrave Street to the east; Warner Christian Academy beyond South Segrave Street to the east/southeast; White Chapel Church of God Thrift Shoppe to the south; and baseball fields beyond a Florida East Coast Railroad right-of-way to the west.
