Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is currently vacant and unused and consists of an approximately 0.6- acre tract of land located at 1744 South Segrave Street. A vacant office building is located on the northwestern portion of the site. Four 15,000-gallon aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), one 5,000-gallon AST, and a concrete containment unit that were formerly located on the central portion of the property have been removed by the current owner of the subject property in order to comply with FDEP regulations.
