Additional Property Attributes

Recognized environmental conditions at this site include the historical presence of on-site underground storage tanks (USTs), the documented fuel release, current disposition of hydraulically-operated vehicle lifts, on site storage, automotive servicing related fluids/chemicals, as well as the presence of USTs on the southwest adjacent property and other properties to the west. Phase II ESA reccomended

Former Use: The subject property consists of a 0.11986-acre parcel that includes a single-story stucco structure that encloses approximately 1,269 square feet of total floor space. The site was originally developed with dwellings from 1917 through 1931. A filling station was present on this site from 1931 through 2004. Since 2004 the site operated as a tire shop.
