Additional Property Attributes

We identified the following ACMs in the building: Thermal system insulation (TSI) on approximately 211 elbows/fittings of the steam, steam return, hot water, cold water, and roof drain pipe systems; approximately 70 square feet of TSI on an air duct in the boiler room; approximately 4,100 square feet of flooring materials; approximately 1.5 square feet of sealant on one double door unit in the cafeteria; and, approximately 350 square feet of wallboard ceilings contaminated with asbestos-containing joint compound. We also identified 330 linear feet of TSI containing �trace� concentrations (less than 1%) asbestos. An O&M Program was submitted.

Former Use: The Property consists of approximately 8.87 acres of land developed with an approximately 84,000 square-foot, office/warehouse building . The remainder of the Property was developed with paved parking and landscaped areas. The surrounding area was comprised of commercial/industrial businesses and vehicle repair facilities. At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property was partially occupied by Lumberjack Pallets (a wooden pallet repair firm), and by JB Sales (door and window installers). Most of the building was vacant at the time of our assessment.
