Additional Property Attributes

Existing information suggests that underground storage tanks (USTs) removed in 1999/2001 were installed in the 1960s. Historical records indicate that the station was built around 1950/1951. Although the USTs installed in the1960s could have replaced earlier USTs it is also possible that USTs from the 1950s were located in a different area. Given the potential for relict USTs to be present on the Property, further investigation was recommended. Evidence of relict USTs or previously unidentified UST cavities was not evident from review of the geophysical survey data. No further investigation relative to historic USTs systems at the Property is recommended.

Former Use: The Property is currently occupied by a single vacant commercial building. Review of historical data indicates that the Property had been used as a gasoline filling station and automobile service/repair shop from approximately 1950 to 2011.
