Additional Property Attributes

In 2024 the state of Vermont requested additional sampling in order to close out this project. The property was redeveloped for production, sales, gallery and classrooms for Fulcrum Arts (Pottery and Glass Blowing. A bakery and coffee shop are also located at this facility. Former Use: The building was previously owned by Cersosimo Industries Inc and was used for retail and storage of costumes for the New England Youth Theater. Cersosimo Industries Inc. acquired the property via transfer in 1996 from Cersosimo Lumber Company Inc. Prior to that, Cersosimo Lumber Company Inc had acquired the property in 1984 from Westgate Properties Inc. Westgate Properties Inc consisted of a partnership between Thomas V. Kaskie, Roland Fisher, and Frank Miller. Westgate Properties Inc. built the building for the purpose of a long term lease with New England Telephone Company, which occupied the building until 1984. Since then it has been leased by several entities including Chuck Stokes Flee Market (1986-1999), Tom and Sally Chocolates (2000-2009), and Sapling Liqueur and New England Youth Theater.
