Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on a review of aerial photographs, historical topographic maps, historical fire insurance maps, city directories, library research, Chain of Title Search, and discussions with Mr. Johnson, Mr. Baker and Mrs. Baker, the Property appears to have been developed for residential purposes some time prior to 1954. Between 1954 and 1966, the Property was redeveloped as a gasoline service station and automobile repair facility to a used car dealership in approximately the early 2000s. The Property was occupied by used automobile dealership and continued operations to approximately 2006, at which time the Property was vacant. Bakers Auto Repair Center became the operating tenant in 2010 to 2011. Six gasoline underground storage tanks (USTs) and one used oil UST was removed from the Property on June 30, 2012. Soil surrounding the tank cavity is reported by site contacts to have been clean and extra soil was removed. Closure letters or subsequent delineation notifications have not been submitted to the Ohio Bureau of Underground Storage Tanks Registrar (BUSTR).
