Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was undeveloped, partially wooded land until 1960, when the current building was constructed. Michigan Bell Telephone Co./AT&T used the Property for vehicle repair and maintenance. Gasoline, kerosene, and waste oil USTs were formerly located on the Property; the USTs were removed in the late 1980s. The Property has not been in use since late 2011.
