Additional Property Attributes

Deteriorating school building. With use of RLF funds, ACMs and other hazardous materials were abated allowing for demolition of the building. Final site plans are currently being developed for use of the property as a public park and other community programs.

Former Use: The Site was developed with the Ashcroft School in 1948. When the school vacated the building, it was leased to the Wayne County Regional Educational Service Agency (RESA). RESA occupied the building for a period of time, but the building has remained vacant for about the last seven years.
