Coraopolis Community Development Foundation has identified this parcel as a priority for the community. The Foundation is proceeding with fund raising plans to reopen this train station as a community center and coffee house.

Former Use: The property was used as a train station by the old Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Railroad. It had been vacant for decades, and was recently purchased by the Coraopolis Community Development Foundation. The building has "character", and the Foundation is raising funds to support this reuse.
