Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: the Site has been developed since the late 1800s with residential, two-story structures on each lot. The building footprints appear to have remained unchanged from 1888 to 1991, though the structure located at 26 Prospect Street was designated as commercial and the structure located at 30 Prospect Street was designated both commercial and residential as of 1991. According to the City Directories, 30 Prospect Street has been has been occupied by a plumbing business since at least 1985.
