Additional Property Attributes

Mount Snow Valley Chamber of Commerce owns the property. The building that previously occupied this site was owned by Anne Coleman and Joe Specht, and they held a ninety-nine year lease on the parcel. The building was a total loss as a result of Tropical Storm Irene. Prior to the loss of the building as a result of the storm, the owner used it as an art gallery and studio. The gallery owner would like to rebuild on the property and has had designed a flood proofed building. However, there is concern about a possible UST on the site.
