Additional Property Attributes

No structures on property. Concrete slab remains on the site. A total of 66 parcels included in this property.

Former Use: Sanborn maps indicate that the site was developed as General Tire and Rubber Co. between 1930 and 1948. Prior to that, the site was residential. The site was owned by General Tire up to 1996 when they sold to BTR Antivibration. BTR sold to Trelleborg in 2000 who then sold to Hunt Salvage Group on January 5, 2007. On March 2, 2007, Hunt Salvage reorganized to 1 General St. LLC, the current owner.
