Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in March 2013, REC's have been identified with the potential to impact ths subject site. While no on-site RECs (other than ACMs) were discovered, historical nearby/adjacent dry cleaning facilities have been idenfied as off-site sources of potential migrating impacts.

Former Use: The site is currently developed with a commercial structure occupied by Bank of America and other professional offices. Based on historical documentation, the site was residential up until the 1960's. Since then, it has been used as a banking facility and offices.
