Former Use: The Subject Property is located within an urban area surrounded by commercial properties, restaurants, offices, apartments and a parking lot. The Subject Property was originally developed in the 1800�s with residential structures, and was later occupied by commercial buildings. The current structure was constructed in 1903 and has been used as a department store and for other retail purposes throughout its history. The building is currently occupied by several shops and offices, a dance and theater company, studios, exhibition space and storage areas.
