Additional Property Attributes

This is a riverfront property in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh, where residential redevelopment is occurring. The future reuse of the site is most likely a combination of residential and recreational. The land was to be purchased by the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, subject to the results of the environmental assessment. However, the URA could not come to terms with the current owner.

Former Use: The site includes a small office building and sand and gravel storage. The Urban Redevelopment Authority could not come to terms with the owner, and no further action is anticipated on this site.
