Additional Property Attributes

The site (Site) consists of one developed parcel of land totaling 5.76 acres located at 150 Clearwater Drive, West Palm Beach, Florida. The Site is part of a series of properties that comprise the West Palm Beach Intermodal Transfer Facility and is being prepared for a Transit oriented redevelopment. A Phase I and II ESA were completed on the property. The information will be used by future purchaser of the property to help facilitate the transaction.

Former Use: The Site consists of one parcel of land totaling � 5.76-acres. It is part of a series of properties that compose the West Palm Beach Intermodal Transfer Facility. The West Palm Beach Intermodal Transfer Facility connects commuters of the Tri-Rail, Palm Tran, Amtrak Trains, Greyhound Buses, and the City of West Palm Beach Trolley Service. The Intermodal Transfer Facility property consisted mainly of residential dwellings up until 1925 when it was redeveloped as the Seaboard Air Line Railway. The Seaboard Railroad Passenger Station had important historical significance to Palm Beach County and has been added to the National Register of Historical Places (#73000600).
