Former Use: The Site was acquired on June 30, 2006 from Future Neenah, Inc. Prior to acquisition, OMNNI Associates completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at the Site. Based on the results of the Phase I ESA, the Site previously consisted of separate parcels addressed as 108, 110 and 112 Main Street and contained retail businesses since the late 1800s. Bohlmann's Paints operated at 110 Main Street from 1948 until 1996, when the location was purchased by Diamond Vogel Paints. An appliance store operated at 108 Main Street from 1946 until 1959 and was razed to become a parking lot for Bohlmann's Paints. An antique store operated at 112 Main Street from 1946 into the 1970s and was razed and replaced with an addition to the Bohlmann's Paint building. In 2007, the Diamond Vogel (former Bohlmann's Paints) building was razed by the CDA and the Site has been used as a parking lot.
