Additional Property Attributes

The city of Lacrosse has signed a long-term lease with Kwik Trip (convience stores) which is planning a 72,000 sq ft, 13 million development including a new freezer, cooler dock, cooler warehouse, dry warehouse and expanded production area for this project site.

Former Use: The site was used for agriculture until 1974. One portion of the site has a warehouse for insulation companies and then boat storage. The other portion of the site was a dry cleaning factory for a formal wear rental company. PERC from the drycleaner impacted the warehouse portion of the site.
