Former Use: The subject property was agricultural or vacant land prior to development sometime in the 1940s with a small garage and part of a gravel parking lot. A building was constructed in 1977 for the Tire Barn and an addition was constructed in 1988 for two service bays. The property was sold in 1994 and has been used by Exhaust Works Plus for automotive underbody repair since that time. The only significant change since 1994 was the construction of a separate storage building around 2000.
