Additional Property Attributes

The property is a former gasoline filling/service station on a prominent commercial corner in East McKeesport Borough. It is anticipated the site will be cleared for new commercial development. The site was entered in the PA Land Recycling Program and the PA DEP approved the Remedial Investigative Report in December of 2015.

Former Use: The past uses of the Site include the Gravity Fill Station (circa 1938-1964) and the Gulf Oil Corporation fill station (circa 1964-1971) on parcel 547-F-126. In approximately 1973, the parcel was utilized as a deli and open air market. James Hanna acquired the property in 1984 and it has been largely unused since that time.
