Additional Property Attributes

The property is planned to be reused as a boutique hotel and event center. The property was acquired in June 2016 via sheriff sale by the current owner.

Former Use: The property was the former headquarters of the Westinghouse Electric Company. It has been owned for many years by a non-profit organization that wished to turn it into a museum. The non-profit had serious financial challenges and the property became deteriorated and tax delinquent. The current owner acquired the property via sheriff sale in June of 2016.
