Property Highlights

The site is loacted in a mixed commercial and residential area of the City of Rutland. Originally, the site was developed as a school and later operated as the Rutland Public Schools Maintenance Deparrtment facility form the late 1970s/early 1980s until April 2011. While occupied by the maintenance department, a garage building was located in the southeast corner of the site and southern portion of the site was used to park school busses. The garage building was demolished in 2012. The site has utilized at least three USTs, with only two of them being documented. The Rutland Housing Trust is purchasing the property for redevelopment into senior housing.
