Former Use: The subject property is developed with three single-story slab-on-grade self-storage buildings, three portable storage buildings, a carport, a maintenance garage, a single-story leasing office building and a two-bedroom single-story residential apartment. The remaining portions of the subject property include asphalt-paved driveways, parking areas, and grass-covered areas. The commercial self-storage facility currently occupying the site encompasses a total of 382 privately leased storage units. The subject property was developed as a commercial self-storage facility in the 1970s. Prior to the commercial development of the property the site was vacant undeveloped land or developed with residential structures.
