Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was developed with the two northern single-story self-storage buildings currently developed at the site in 1971. The subject property was developed with the two southern single-story self-storage buildings in 1997. It appears the southern portion of the parcel has been wooded land or used for agricultural purposes since at least the late 1930s. The subject property has operated as a commercial self-storage and truck rental facility since its commercial development in the early 1970s. Prior to the its commercial development the site was vacant undeveloped land or used for agricultural purposes.
