Former Use: The property is currently occupied by a commercial self-storage and truck rental facility identified as Solo Storage/Penske Truck Rental. The subject property is developed with 15 buildings consisting of individual rentable self-storage units, rentable outdoor self-storage spaces, and an office building. The remainder of the subject property consists of gravel and asphalt-paved parking areas. The northern portion of the property consists of two acres of undeveloped land. The site has been sued as a commercial self-storage facility since the mid 1990s. Prior to the commercial use of the site the property was used for residential purposes or vacant land since at least the 1930s.
