Additional Property Attributes

Due to lower enrollment in the school district Bluffton Elementary is no longer needed and is scheduled for demolition.

Former Use: The property is occupied by a single-story elementary school building that was used until the end of the 2011-2012 school year. The building was built in 1955, with two classrooms added in 1957 and renovations as recent as the mid-1990s.
