Additional Property Attributes

This site will be redeveloped as the Highway 70 Business Park for manufacturing incubators, which will be administered under the guidance of the Vilas County Economic Development Corporation and the site's benefactor.

Former Use: This 9 acre site was first developed in the early to id 1980s as a 7UP bottling plant/distributor, which was in operation for approximately 15 years. After 7UP left the site, the property was occupied by a carburetor business until 2003, and then a taxidermist until 2005. The property stood vacant until June 2007, when a trailer sales and service business purchased the property. During this time, the site was also used for boat winterization and off-season storage for blacktop coating equipment. The property was foreclosed in 2011 and has been vacant since. This site will be redeveloped as the Highway 70 Business Park for manufacturing incubators, which will be administered under the guidance of the Vilas County Economic Development Corporation and the site's benefactor.
