Former Use: The facility was constructed in 1998 on agricultural crop land by S.B. Coatings which operated as a custom paint coating facility. In 2000, the facility ceased operations and was closed. In 2001, the facility reopend as Phoenix Coaters, which was owned by Custom Metal Products. In July 2004, Mayville Engineering Company merged with Phoenix Coaters. The existing site consists of 12.4 acres with a 68,750 square foot building. The company is a contrcts coatings company that pretreats and coats components for the military and speciality truck market.
