Current use municipal storage building, parking lot and open shelter occasionally used for local farmers' market. Also referenced as 113, 123 and 129 S Chestnut on various databases researched. Historical Tool & Die (129 S Chestnut) SHWS; LUST. RECS: 1. Tool and Die Business previously operated on subject property 129 S. Chestnut. 2. Subject property, 129 S. Chestnut identified as a State Hazardous Waste Site (SHWS) due to the reported result of metal working machinery. 3. Subject property, 129 S. Chestnut identified as a Brownfields site that has potential to impact site. 4. Historical use of nearby property to the south identified as �Printing�. 5.
