SRCO letter was submitted to FWB in April 2016; monitoring wells were abandoned in August2016.

Former Use: Site was a former gasoline filling station, convenience store, and car wash. The City of Fort Walton Beach aquired the property to cleanup in anticipation of redevelopment. Three USTs were removed in 2010; a LSAR was prepared and submitted in 2011 and excavation activities were completed in April 2014. PARM monitoring began in January 2015, and upon completion of quarterly groundwater monitoring the site is expected to be ready for redevelopment in late 2015.
