Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is currently under the ownership of ABG Corporation. ABG Corporation is planning to sell the Property to GCD. The Site is located at an elevation of 640 feet above mean sea level (AMSL) in the City of Barre, Vermont. The terrain is relatively flat. It consists of a rectangular parcel 0.21 acres in size. The footprint of the Site building is approximately 75� by 125� and it covers most of the parcel of land. The building is known locally as the Blanchard Block, a four-story, flat-roofed, brick building with a basement and an attic. The Site is bordered by North Main Street on its eastern side and by Merchants Row on its western side. It is bordered by the Barre City Hall / Barre Opera House on its south side and by TD Bank on its north side.
