Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The building was occupied by Coca-Cola Bottling Works from the 1930s until the 1980s. Alconex Partners LLP, purchased the site in 1989 and operated an aluminum extrusion and conform wire drawing machines business at the property from 1989 until 2002. The site was also occupied by Meriwether Tool & Engineering (MTE) during the 1990s and early 2000s. MTE manufactured metal augers in the central portion of the building during this time period. The auger manufacturing business has occupied the site from 2002 until the present. Review of historical fire insurance maps and city directories indicate a gasoline filling station and auto sales and repair facility occupied the southwest portion of the site from approximately 1935 to 1961.
