Additional Property Attributes

Redevelopment jobs were identified on 7-24-2017. It is unknown whether cleanup was required, whether institutional controls or engineering controls are required because the property was bought by new owner before a Phase II could be completed. The ASTs existing in 1976 were removed in 1995 but grantee did not seek information as to whether there is a report indicating what environmental conditions were verified during that removal. This information might clear up all 3 unknowns. Grantee is asking for that information as of 7-24-2017 at EPA PO Request. Also, grantee is unaware as to whether the purchase occurred after the Phase I was completed or not, so EPA PO has requested that grantee ask for property transfer documentation to know if Superfund Liability Protection was applicable or not. The property is now an operating gas station with petroleum underground storage tanks so grantee will try to get information about that also. A separate data package will be submitted by the grantee once the new information is obtained. AM Lahm 7-24-2017.
