Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Three gasoline USTs located on the eastern portion of the property. It is unknown if these USTs were removed. Two kerosene USTs were removed in 1999. However, the closure does not meet VAP requirements. The geophysical survey did not identify an anomaly characterizing a UST in the area surveyed. No chemicals of concern exceed the VAP GDCS in soil, and groundwater is not utilized as drinking water at the property or surrounding vicinity. Therefore the Ph. 2 recommends no further investigation of the property. If the site is re-developed, petroleum impacted soil is likely to be encountered during excavation. Any impacted soil and/or groundwater should be handled in accordance with state and federal requirements.
