Based upon a review of historical information from the time period of 1916 to 1955 the buildings present today were constructed on the Property. During that time period the Property was used for commercial and residential purposes. A gasoline filling station operated on the northern portion of the Property from approximately 1925 to 1955. From 1955 to present the commercial buildings were used for restaurants/bars, furniture stores, carpet cleaning services, barber shop, grocery stores and small retail shops. Prior to natural gas, coal was used to heat the buildings located on the Property.
