Additional Property Attributes

Former school property adjacent to the Grand Traverse Overall National Priorities List Superfund site. A groundwater plume containing solvent from the Superfund site migrates under the property. Underground fuel tanks were also once located on the property.

Former Use: The property is the location of a former elementary school. The Grand Traverse Overall NPL site is located adjacent to the site and a groundwater plume containing solvents migrates under the property. The current owners are planning on redeveloping the property for commercial use.
