Additional Property Attributes

The subject properties are currently owned by C & P Property and Materials, LLC. It is located at 209 and 212 Pelzer Street in the City of Greenwood, South Carolina. The RECs are associated with the textile operations that occurred on the property as well as a rail spur.

Former Use: The property has historically been used as a textile mill. Activities including weaving, sewing, and dying have occurred on this property. The property is currently vacant. Most of the structures associated with former mill have been demolished; however, some building debris is visible on site. A parking area is located on the eastern portion of the subject property and a 2,000,000 gallon reservoir is located on the southern portion of the property. Evidence of a former rail spur is visible on the southern portion of the subject property. It is in private ownership.
