10 FTE construction and consultant jobs with an average wage of 30/hr. are estimated to be utilized for the asbestos abatement and redevelopment. Upon completion, 23 FTE building maintenance jobs will be created, with an average salary of 15/hr.

Former Use: The Wick Building was built in 1884 and housed various office, retail, and banking institutions in downtown Youngstown. A bar operates on the first floor, but otherwise the remainder of the 13-story building is vacant today. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and the project will be awarded State and Federal tax credits upon completion of the renovation.
