Additional Property Attributes

There are two parcels with residential use dating back to the 1940s and 1950s. The K Beverage parcel is currently vacant with last buildings removed in the 1990s. The Triplex parcel contains a building that was most recently rented out to residential tenants. The building is currently unoccupied. There are no recognized environmental conditions with either parcel.

Former Use: The Triplex parcel is 0.21 acres. It was developed in 1958 with a 2,691 square foot building. It has been used residentially since then with one of the tenants/owners operating a beauty salon from the mid-1970s to the early 1980s. In the 1980s, the building was converted to three residential units. The K Beverage parcel is 1.65 acres. There are been five houses/residences on this parcel dating back to the early 1940s. The buildings have been removed with the last building removed in the early 1990s.
