Additional Property Attributes

Five total parcels with four vacant and one with abandoned houses. Initially developed in the early 1940s. These have been predominantly residential properties with one resident operating a refrigerator repair business in the early 1960s at Parcel 3200. A warehouse type building at the northwest corner of Parcel 3230 was used as an electrical supply business as of 1952.

Former Use: Parcel 3190 was developed in early 1940s and used residentially. This parcel is unoccupied with several abandoned houses. Parcel 3200 was developed in late 1940s/early 1950s and used residentially through the late 1980s (one resident operated a refrigerator repair business in the early 1960s. This parcel is currently vacant. Parcel 3210 was developed in late 1940s/early 1950s and used residentially through the late 1970s/early1980s. This parcel is currently vacant. Parcel 3220 was never developed with buildings.
