Additional Property Attributes

The property was impacted by VOCs, metals (Lead, NI, Cr) and cyanide. The remedial efforts expended during this project addressed the direct contact risks posed by contaminants in on-site soils. Former Use: The property, formerly owned by Buckeye Products Co., is tax refverted and now owned by Lenawee County. Property subject to sale and redevelopment, hence additional due diligence required.
