The subject property consists of an approximately 55-acre parcel of land located at 890 Revolutionary Trail near Fairfax, Allendale County, South Carolina.The Allendale Correctional Institute is the nearest developed property to the site located less than 0.5-mile to the southwest.The site is currently developed with a vacant warehouse structure, the slab foundation of a former saw mill, a vacant Quonset hut structure that we formerly used to generate steam for the abandoned drying kiln, and a bathroom building.The site is accessed through a locked gate along Revolutionary Trail. No improved roads exist on the property. Two water supply wells are located on the property along with two septic tank systems.

Former Use: The structures on the property are in fairly good condition, however some damage and evidence of water intrusion was observed in the warehouse structure. An unimproved road runs north from the gate at Revolutionary Trail to the center of the site. A slab foundation from the former saw mill and several concrete pads are located in the center of the property. Eleven aerial mounted transformers, with blue non-PCB containing stickers, were observed attached to power poles that brought electricity to the site. The property is owned by the Allendale Correctional Worship Center.
