Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in 2013 per ASTM E1527-05, RECs were identified based on historical land use (automotive repair), both on-site and adjacent/nearby properties. Historical use also included auto painting. In addition, residual subsurface appurtanances (such as lift structures) may remain on-site.
