property will remain as community garden after formal purchase of the parcel by the City of Burlington.

Former Use: The 28 Archibald Street is .17 acres in size and is located in Burlingtons Old North End between Walnut Street and St. Louis Street in a Medium Density Residential zoning district. According to information obtained from the City of Burlingtons Department of Planning & Zoning office the property was used for automotive repair and sales since at least the 1960s until a demo permit was issued in 2004. The office indicated that it has been vacant since then with a relatively new community garden established in 2008.
