Additional Property Attributes

Property was owned by Macheras Oil. Property has remained undeveloped since the 1800s.

Former Use: Property is approximately 0.63 acres of light industrial zoned land. The land is relatively flat and abuts a manmade canal system. Property has remained undeveloped since the 1800's. In recent years, the previous owner had an agreement with a construction company to store staging equipment at the site. The City took the property through tax foreclosure in Summer 2013. Site is not paved, however scrap asphalt covers parts of the property. Older aerial photos show that the property was once tree covered. Most trees have since been removed to accomodate storage use. Predominant past use is listed as industrial for this reason.
