The location of the 20-30 Island Street site is on the North Canal Island at the confluence of the Spicket & Merrimack River and North Canal.

Former Use: The Site consists of four contiguous parcels of land totaling approximately 7.39 acres. The Site is improved with three manufacturing and warehouse buildings, one of which is currently occupied by Ultimate Windows, Inc. (Ultimate) of Everett, Massachusetts. Historical occupants of the Site included a machine shop, coal distribution facility, and a metals foundry.
