Additional Property Attributes

The buildings have been initially renovated and necessary repairs have been completed to address water damage, damage incurred by tenants, and general disrepair from underuse. The property is being held by a local group for future redevelopment.

Former Use: The existing building was constructed in 1875. It was occupied by various commerical operations (hardware and stove store, paint store, music and sewing machine store, tin shop, print shop, shoe and clothing store, insurance agency, and medical offices) from the 1880s through 2013.
