Prohibition of activity that interferes with off site Voluntary Remediation Program project number: 6040802; No agricultural use; Prohibition of drilling or excavation of soil without pre approved work plan from the State Environmental Agency; Soil in an area which will become a stand alone single family or duplex residential housing will be sampled down to ten feet bgs and contaminated soils must be excavated to meet residential standards; Soil disturbed as a result of excavation and construction activities must be restored to protect human health and the environment; Soil that is removed, excavated or disturbed must be managed and disposed of in accordance with applicable federal and state laws; No use or extraction of ground water except when associated with environmental investigation or remediation; Shall install a two foot clean soil and vegetative barrier in areas not covered by buildings, parking lots or sidewalks and maintain their integrity.
